Terms of Service

Effective 24 September 2026

These terms govern your use of binSource.com, the Git hosting service at www.binsource.com and its subdomains (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.

Who we are

The Service is operated by DELTOREX LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #37945, Casper, WY 82609, United States, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (“we”, “us”).

Contact: support@binsource.com. We communicate in English and Czech.

The Service

binSource hosts Git repositories and related features: pull requests, issues, wikis, releases, packages, Git LFS, organizations, access tokens and an API. The Service is currently free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, their prices and conditions will be published before anything is charged, and paid features will require your explicit order.

We may add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you actively use when that is practical.

Your account

Your content

You keep all rights to the code, data and other content you upload (“your content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, process and display your content only as far as needed to run the Service, for example to serve repositories, show diffs, send notifications and keep operational copies. The license ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except for copies that remain in operational snapshots until they expire.

Public repositories and public profiles are visible to anyone on the internet, including people without an account, search engines and automated crawlers. Others may view and clone them under the license you choose for the repository. Do not put secrets or personal data of other people into public repositories.

Private repositories are visible only to you and the people you grant access. Our administrators access private content only when needed to operate or secure the Service, to handle a report of illegal content, or when required by law.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload your content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

We may set technical limits such as repository size, storage and request rates to keep the Service usable for everyone.

Reporting illegal content

Anyone can report content they consider illegal or in breach of these terms by email to support@binsource.com. This address is also our single point of contact for users and for authorities of EU member states under the EU Digital Services Act. To let us act quickly, a report should contain:

We confirm receipt, review reports diligently and without undue delay, and tell you what we decided. We do not use automated decision-making to remove content.

Our actions against content and accounts

If content or activity breaks the law or these terms, we may remove or disable access to the content, make a repository private, restrict features, or suspend or close the account. We choose the mildest measure that is effective. Unless the law forbids it or the case involves an urgent security threat, we tell the affected user which content is concerned, what we did, the facts and the rule it is based on, and how to respond.

You can object to our decision within six months by replying to our message or writing to support@binsource.com. A person who did not take the original decision reviews the objection, and we reverse the decision if it was wrong. You may also turn to the courts or to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the Digital Services Act.

Availability and data safety

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we provide the Service “as is” without a guaranteed uptime. We take operational snapshots of our storage, but they exist to restore the Service, not to recover individual repositories or accounts on request. Git is distributed: keep your own clone of anything you cannot afford to lose.

We may interrupt the Service for maintenance, security incidents or reasons beyond our control.

Ending your use

You can delete repositories, organizations you own and your account at any time in your settings. Deleted data is removed from the live system immediately and from operational snapshots when they expire.

We may end these terms with an account by giving 30 days’ notice by email, for example if we stop offering the Service. We may close an account immediately for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, as described above. When we end the Service for reasons other than your breach, you will have at least 30 days to export your content.

Liability

The Service is provided free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or loss of data, and our total liability to you is limited to CZK 10,000. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to harm to life, health or personal rights, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited, in particular towards consumers.

You are liable for damage caused by your breach of these terms, and you will compensate us for claims third parties bring against us because of your content or your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when we introduce new features or paid plans or when the law changes. We will announce material changes at least 30 days in advance by email and on the Service. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before the change takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, the new terms apply.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live, or your right to sue in your own country.

Other

If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. The Czech version of these terms is a translation. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails, unless the law requires otherwise for consumers.
